Mia Liu is an experienced Music Together^® teacher, lifelong vocalist, and accomplished accordionist. From an early age, she has been deeply immersed in music: singing in school choirs, performing in marching band, competing in vocal events, and taking the stage as an accordion soloist.

Mia and her husband, alumni of College of William & Mary (VA), relocated to Boise in 2014 and they became a family of three in 2019. Prior to leading Music Together North End, Mia worked with maternal–infant professionals in a medical organization supporting families during the earliest and foundational years.

Mia discovered Music Together as a parent with her daughter and was drawn to its rich, engaging approach to early childhood music education; especially its ability to bring families together through fun music-making and introduce young children to songs from cultures around the world. Mia believes in the magic of music and the joy of learning together, and she’s excited to welcome families into a community where connection, creativity, and early music experiences come alive.
